During operating hours (Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm) we aim to reply within a few minutes. Messages sent after 7pm or on Sunday will be answered first thing the next working morning.
No formal booking required — just WhatsApp us and we will confirm availability. For house cleaning or very large orders, giving us a day or two notice helps us plan. For regular laundry and shoes, same-day or next-day is usually fine.
If we miss your call, please send us a WhatsApp — it is always the most reliable way to reach us. We might be with another customer or away from the phone briefly, but we always check WhatsApp and will call you back as soon as possible.
We are officially closed on Sundays. However, if you have a very urgent need, send us a WhatsApp — if we are available we will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee Sunday service but we always try to assist loyal or urgent customers where possible.
We currently serve Atteridgeville only for pickup and delivery. Customers from outside the area are welcome to drop off and collect in person at 51 Maserumule Street — but we do not offer delivery outside Atteridgeville at this stage.
